About the authors

Mindy and Brandon Withrow

Mindy Rice Withrow is co-author of the five-volume History Lives series, a YA history of Christianity.  An editor and marketing communications specialist, she runs a literary website and is currently working on short fiction and a novel.  Born and raised in Northwest Ohio, she has lived in Chicago, Philadelphia, and Birmingham, AL, and has recently returned to her home state, where she lives with her husband, historian Brandon Withrow.

Brandon G. Withrow (M.A., Trinity Evangelical Divinity School; Ph.D., Westminster Theological Seminary) is Assistant Professor of Historical and Theological Studies and Director of the M.A.T.S. program at Winebrenner Theological Seminary (Findlay, OH).  He previously taught at Beeson Divinity School, Samford University.  He is co-author, with his wife, Mindy, of the five-volume History Lives series, and author of Katherine Parr: A Guided Tour of the Life and Thought of a Reformation Queen.

The Withrows have been researching and writing together since they were married during their undergraduate years in 1994.
